Sometimes life's problems seem more than we can manage on our own. Psychotherapy is not a magic cure. It can be hard work, but it can help you deal more effectively with challenges in your life. I have been helping people for 20 years with relationship issues with spouses and partners, children and adolescents, siblings, parents and friends. Loss is inevitable for all of us, and I work with all kinds -- death of a loved one, children growing up and leaving home, divorce, loss of health or a job. As the married mother of four, I have years of experience, both personal and professional, with parenting and the challenges it brings. I especially enjoy working with couples, including same-sex couples, on issues of intimacy, infidelity and effective communication. I am a solo practitioner with a small, light-filled office in downtown Billings. Individuals as well as couples appreciate the privacy my practice affords.
