Let's face it...motherhood has its share of emotional challenges. And sometimes those challenges can leave you feeling stuck, lost, scared, or hopeless. If you're suffering with the pain of your challenges, know that you don't have to walk your journey alone. I work with mothers including pregnant and perinatal women helping them to love life again. I also work with women's issues, such as redefining your identity, reviving a career, coping with life as a single woman, reclaiming independence after divorce, sexual abuse, and self-care. Establishing a collaborative partnership with clients is my primary objective. My goal is to join you on your journey and provide support to help you reach your potential and tap into your strengths. Using cognitive-behavioral and supportive therapy approaches, I help clients explore unrealistic expectations and challenge unhealthy patterns.
