I am fully committed to getting you or your child well! The only thing I require is for you to be committed also. If we work as a team, then there should be no stopping us. I currently work with 21 college sports teams and have also specialized in eating disorders and obesity for my entire career. Additionally, I have published extensively in the areas of anxiety and depression and created a highly successful self-help therapy for anxiety and depression, but even when working with anxiety and depression, I am more of a positive motivator than a passive therapist. I work with about 35% eating disorders (and obesity), where I often team up with talented onsite partners (a dietitian and a psychiatrist), 35% athletes, and 30% anxiety, depression and a few other issues. I focus more on people's strengths than their weaknesses. I listen intently but also have a lot of energy and passion. When I see someone who wants to change his or her life, I get really excited! I look forward to helping you or your family.
