My focus in therapy is helping the client develop a stronger sense of self-sufficiency and wholeness. It takes a lot of courage to come to therapy and be vulnerable, and I strive to do my best to honor this in every way that I can. Therapy works best when there is a strong therapeutic alliance and clear goals; therefore, these are the main focus of the initial therapy sessions. I have worked with a variety of clients from childhood to middle adulthood, and through relationship and consistency am able to help clients make valuable and lasting change. My specialty is working with children and teens of divorce, low self-esteem, and bullying. I also work with clients dealing with emotional distress in any areas of life. My goal is to aide clients in rebuilding their coping resources, developing a sense of stability, and hope for the future. My practice is committed to the client's needs. We strive to provide support and a welcoming and friendly environment from the moment you walk into the door until you leave. Our goal is to help you find peace in every circumstance.
