If you're ready to change, I'm ready to guide you through the process. I have a passion for helping people with addictive behaviors find freedom, hope, and progress. Whether it is sex addiction, substance abuse, or a bad habit that you just can't seem to break - I'll help you take a systematic approach towards freedom. It won't be easy, but staying stuck in your current cycle won't be either. With my dual training in addictions and family therapy, I will also help you develop strategies for reconciliation and healing with your loved ones. I'm Certified Sexual Addictions Therapist, Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist, EMDR-trained and am currently training to become a Certified Trauma Therapist. I hold a Master's degree and PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm also a regular presenter at a number of local and national addiction conferences. As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I work with team of dedicated therapists who each specialize in different issues. This team approach allows me to bring a much broader expertise than just my own to your counseling experience and provide coordinated treatment and referrals for families or couples.
