I am a licensed professional counselor in two states, Oklahoma and Arkansas. I am committed to supporting the clients in their personal growth and change journeys. My theoretical approaches and treatment techniques include CBT, TFCBT, and DBT as well as many 'Hollistic" ways in which to target the clients' anxiety, depression, and self-worth issues. I am a scholar and practioner, having presented on a variety of mental health and educational topics at state, national, and international conferences. I continue to remain current in clinical practices and research on as it pertains to the field of counseling. I am a member of the association for the treatment of sexual abusers (ATSA). I help both the offenders and the victims of sexual crimes. I provide help to adults, adolescents, and children working through this complex issue.
