My approach to therapy focuses on identifying solutions. Many therapists only look at "problems," while I also help clients identify the strengths and skills needed to reach their goals within themselves, their families, and support systems. By doing this, clients achieve long-lasting change and growth, often very quickly. Clients have mentioned feeling comfortable with my warmth, approachability, and humor (when appropriate) in sessions.
