Maybe you are depressed, anxious, grieving, angry, or just feeling overwhelmed by it all. You might be in a relationship that's not working or feel like there are issues from your past that have become roadblocks to your success. Regardless of what your struggles are, I believe that counseling can help! I can't promise that the process will be easy but my hope is that in the end you will believe the work was worth it. In my practice I provide individual counseling for adult men and women and adolescents over the age of fourteen. I also provide couples counseling for married couples and couples contemplating marriage. I work with a wide range of issues including anger, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, and domestic violence. I counsel people from all walks of life regardless of their belief system or personal history. My promise to you is that you will be treated with respect, compassion, and understanding.
