Welcome! I believe that you should always feel safe in therapy and that your confidentiality is of the utmost importance to me. I strive to make my clients feel cared about and listened to. I also work hard to create a warm and inviting space for you, so come in, sit down with me, and have a warm cup of tea. I understand that you may have a full schedule, so for your convenience I am available to meet with you on nights and weekends as well as regular business hours. I believe that everybody needs help sometimes, and that the tools for change lie within us. We each know best how to heal ourselves, although there are times when we may need some help discovering what the path to health looks like. I believe that it is important to treat everyone respectfully, and I seek to empower my clients to find their own solutions. I think that our bodies, minds, and spirits work together to create our health, and that all aspects must be addressed in order to create a healthy whole.
