I absolutely love watching people flourish and becoming 'the change they wish to see in the world'. As your therapist, I will become your guide in making this change. I will give you the tools and skills you desire to help manage your journey on becoming a more healthier, happier you. My approach is creative and interactive, based on your unique problems and desired goals of treatment. I provide many types of intervention to achieve our goals, such as individual therapy, family therapy and marriage counseling. I see adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, anger management, relationship and marriage counseling. I also have extensive training with adolescents addressing oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorders, grief and loss, victims of physical and sexual abuse and children affected by custody/divorce issues. I provide a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. My practice is easily located just off Dickson Street in Fayetteville. I am flexible with appointment times and I offer a sliding scale to those who do not have a funding source.
