Everyone goes through a period in their life where they could benefit from extended support. Sometimes, having a neutral party to process events with and who can offer non bias suggestions can be crucial to helping, whether you'd like to improve an area of your self or life, cope with anxiety or depression, or recover from a traumatic event. I have had the privilege of working in mental health since 2009 in a variety of settings. I have worked inpatient, outpatient, in residential treatment, as a life coach, and with incarcerated individuals and have loved each opportunity. I have worked with female survivors of sexual trauma, individuals learning to cope with anxiety, depression, chronic mental illness, behavior modification, life coaching needs and improving executive functioning. I have also worked with couples striving to improve their relationship, providing premarital counseling and with those who have communication issues. Currently I work with the Psychiatric Group of Orlando. We are regularly adding groups so please call for further information. Currently we are building a support group for family members of a loved one with a mental illness.
