As an LPC candidate, I want to help you find long-term solutions during difficult times as we walk together to find hope for your future. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety/trauma related disorders, marriage issues, sexual/physical abuse, depression, postpartum depression, eating disorders, grief, and various other relational/family issues. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor candidate who holds a Master of Arts in Counseling. I am currently accepting adult/child medicaid and private payment. I am EMDR trained and use this technique to treat various issues, especially trauma. I have experience working with grief, anxiety, and women with a history of sexual trauma. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation of the eyes to help process difficult events. I enjoy working with couples and individuals experiencing relationship problems and helping them work through issues towards healing. I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, a tool that is used to assess relationships in order to provide specific areas for improvement.
