I have experienced much success in helping clients reduce reactivity from traumatic events and abuse. I also have much experience and success helping clients reduce depression and anxiety and improve their self-esteem and relationships. I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist and have used this specialized training to effectively treat PTSD by desensitizing and reprocessing traumatic events that have kept clients stuck in their pain. I want my clients to experience positive results from our time together, including the initial meeting. I will help clients explore their options and help them decide what is the best course of action for them.
