It takes courage to admit that you need help. Whether you are feeling stuck, your relationships are suffering, or you are having difficulty coping with life, therapy may be the solution. I have been working in a private practice setting since 2008. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and their families. I have worked in an individual and group setting with pregnant and postpartum women. I also have many years of experience working with the LGBTQQ community.
