I incorporate mindful awareness into the counseling process, which focuses attention on the present moment. This approach allows the counseling process to address current concerns and symptoms as well as implement active changes to troublesome patterns. Drawing from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, family systems, and Gestalt practices, I work with clients to build on existing strengths and achieve wholeness and well-being.
