It's my goal to help you discover solutions that are right for you--whether your problem is feeling stuck in a loveless relationship, trapped in a job you don't like, addicted, lost, or even just generally unfulfilled and wanting more. I'm a professionally trained, licensed, and very experienced therapist--but a realistic, logical, and hopeful human being first and foremost. In every prison wall there's a trick brick that opens a door & sets us free if we have the patience, persistence & good faith to find it. It's my job to help you find your brick in the wall. If you don't know what I mean, then let's talk. I work Mon-Fri (evenings), and weekends. I offer free first time consultations by phone.
