Michelle Formica is the founder of Aspire Mental Health. Michelle is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master's degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with her undergraduate in Psychology from Nevada State College. Michelle also is a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) earning her certificate from the International Association of Trauma Professionals. Michelle is a native to Nevada and has build a network of community partners that also share her dream of assisting children, adults and families achieve their fullest potential and mental wellness. Michelle's inspiration to become a clinical social worker began in 1996 as a foster parent for abused, abandoned and neglect children in the Las Vegas community. Michelle's passion for others lead her to adopt 3 at-risk and special needs children. Michelle has been involved in multiple foster care agencies throughout Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City by assisting with array of services including; case management, program development, training and supervision. Michelle also provides clinical oversight for a reputable foster care agency in the Las Vegas area.
