I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where one can share their concerns, desires, fears and goals for the future. I am a firm believer that people can change and reinvent themselves to be the person they had always desired to be. The treatment modalities that I use involve primarily cognitive behavioral therapy but I will incorporate several other schools of thought in order to meet a clients unique needs. My interests include but are not limited to; young adults, addiction, stress and anxiety, interpersonal relationships, adjustment challenges, life skills and growth, grief, ADHD, acceptance, ego strengthening/self esteem building, parenting and working with the elderly.
