The relationship between myself and my client is the most important part of therapy because it is the foundation from which all change happens. My clients know that I always believe in their ability to change and grow. I feel that clients give me a very sacred trust when they share their lives with me, and I treat that with the utmost respect. My biggest strength is building effective therapeutic relationships. I am also very skilled in cognitive-behavioral and insight-oriented therapy. For Christian clients, I use a faith-based approach that is individualized according to the client's wishes. I typically use a variety of techniques to resolve client issues. With excellent therapy and customer service, clients can expect that I will help them uncover the roots of their problems in order to bring about lifetime changes.
