As a therapist, I can provide a safe environment that is free from judgement; listen to clients with compassion and understanding and be an objective person for you to talk with. I tend to suggest strategies or coping skills that may be effective for your personal situation; help you assess the skills to determine if they were effective and work with you to refine the skills or try another approach. It is my goal for you to feel better and to reach your personal goals. I am able to help clients: * work through feelings of depression and anxiety to feel happiness, relief and peace * resolve conflict in relationships developing effective ways to communicate with their children/spouses/parents * work through feelings of anger, grief or sadness * learn coping skills to help with life stressors I am conveniently located on Bullocks Point Avenue on bus route 33, inside Riverside Counseling Center. You will find the office environment welcoming and comfortable as well as family friendly. I am able to offer flexible appointment times based on both yours/my schedule; home visits may be available.
