I am devoted to offering my clients an emotionally warm and comfortable place where they feel really listened to and not judged. Working with people of all ages, I empathize with each individual to offer hope, knowing that life is challenging. I provide professional counseling services to children, adults, families and couples in the Northern Virginia area to help them find solutions and growth in their lives. I help children aged 3 y.o. up to 12 y.o. by utilizing play therapy, sand tray, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Parent involvement in the therapeutic process is necessary for children to achieve optimal benefits from the therapy. Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Equine Assisted Learning Programs available for children, adults, couples, families, and team building in the work environment.
