I am in Europe until January 2016. I am scheduling on-line, Skype or phone counseling. As a solution focused therapist since 1981, I have helped thousands of people navigate through life transitions and difficult times. My role as your therapist is to offer support, encouragement, guidance and insight as you learn new life skills to break free from negative emotions and habits. It is easy to get "stuck" when encountering life difficulties. Together we will work on positive goals and changes so that you can live the life you desire. I am committed to helping you create a meaningful and balanced life. I enjoy working with couples, families and individuals with depression and anxiety disorders, step-families, mid-life transitions, parenting concerns, trauma, PTSD, teen issues, chronic illness and pain management. A particular interest of mine is affair recovery, helping individuals to stop engaging in "on-line" affairs and internet pornography addiction. With 36 years of experience as a counselor I have been honored to help many people learn to integrate mind, body and spirit to achieve a balanced life.
