My practice is primarily focused on working with adult women who struggle with chronic mental illness or whatever struggles life has brought their way. I use my training and the tapestry of my life experiences to help each person on their journey towards living a more abundant life. I simply have a heart for hurting women and am honored to hear each story I am trusted with and walk along side each person in their journey towards healing.
