Are you feeling stuck? Wondering why you keep finding yourself in the same painful relationships and difficult situations? If you're willing to consider every angle in an effort to have a fulfilling life, I want to be your therapist! I enjoy working with a variety of clients- adults, teens, and children. It's inspiring to watch people grow as we uncover negative patterns and restore the freedom to move forward. I want to work with people of all ages who have been trapped in traumatic events, so they may go on to live happy, healthy lives with loving relationships! My specialty includes behavioral addictions (sex, pornography, shopping, eating, etc.) and substance addiction (alcohol, drugs). I have additional training to treat trauma, which can be Big (life threatening) Trauma and Little (divorce, death of a loved one, loss of job, etc.). Often times, addiction and trauma go hand in hand. I have tremendous compassion for those struggling with addiction due to the hidden shame that goes along with these self destructive behaviors. What started out as fun leads to a desperate downward spiral. I have first hand experience with recovery, which allows me to have a unique understanding without judgment.
