In using cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy, I will help guide you to find answers to the challenges you face in your life. As the process is sometimes intense, I can help you with uncovering the emotions related from past and current issues that effect your life today. In having support in therapy, it is more comfortable to do the hard work needed to improve your quality of life and emotional balance. Coming to therapy can be daunting in and of itself, so I try to make this a warm and comfortable experience to help you with beginning a journey toward self-discovery.
