My therapeutic approach is interactive and tailored to your individual needs. We will begin by establishing the specific areas that you want to work on and address them while identifying different ways to cope that are compatible with your personality. As your therapist, my goal is to be a source of support in your life, and provide a safe and nurturing environment. I provide counseling for those struggling with depression, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. These commonly include topics surrounding a history of sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse, unstable mood, physical violence, and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I specialize in sexual disorders such as pornography and/or sexual addiction, paraphilias, and sex offender counseling. I accept the following two insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. Many people choose not use their insurance for different reasons. I offer a discounted rate if you do not have, or decide not to use, insurance.
