I practice from a holistic view as I believe that healing takes place from a whole individual perspective, including mind-body-spirit. With my help as a life or family coach, I can help guide you to a better understanding of you. I have over 6 years working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I am experienced in play therapy and I take a humanistic approach to counseling. I am always trying to learn new things and often attend trainings that can expand my knowledge in treatment modalities and interventions. I do offer non-traditional hours to coordinate with your busy life. I do not bill health insurance and operate solely on a cash pay basis. This not only keeps your personal health information private but also allows me to negotiate an affordable rate with you and your family.
