These are tools which can teach you how your body affects your mind and how unconscious fears can dictate your experience of life. You can learn to relax and use internal resources to change your behaviors. I believe we all have a natural drive towards healing and that most of our unhealthy behaviors are ways we have learned to cope with the world. Change is possible.
