Are you feeling depressed or anxious, and possibly having thoughts of suicide? I provide suicide-focused treatment for individuals who are struggling with suicidal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also provide cognitive-behavioral approaches for a range of clinical concerns affecting adults, including Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and bereavement, especially suicide bereavement. I enjoy working collaboratively to tailor treatment to your needs and goals. As someone who believes strongly in the potential for growth after difficult life events, Iam also interested in what facilitates growth in your life and what helps you achieve the life you want to lead.
