Sometimes life can be unexpected and even difficult - for all of us! Often during these moments we can benefit by seeking out some help and guidance. I have had the privilege of providing therapy for 10+ years to others seeking support in times of depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral issues, relationship difficulty, stress and many other concerns. I will work together with you to focus toward the current root issue/s, learn and implement helpful and necessary skills, and reach your specific goals. I believe the therapy process should be designed to help you learn more about who you are and to find the strength within yourself to overcome challenges. I will do my utmost to respect your experiences and viewpoints as well as provide professional guidance, acceptance, and support. Upon request, I offer spiritual counseling with a Christian-based background. I am currently certified to provide this service, however I am also training for Board Certification in Christian Counseling by the AACC. I also offer LPC/MFT Clinical Supervision for provisionally licensed counselors needing supervision hours for licensure.
