I have been working in the mental health field since 1989. I primarily use cognitive behavior therapy with clients. It is my goal to help clients identify their treatment needs and to encourage them to identify how they can meet these needs, develop new coping skills and begin this journey toward a "new normal". My specialty area is working with individuals, couples and families experiencing every day life issues. I have extensive experience working in the area of rape trauma and sexual abuse both for victims and offenders.
