When we are in need of personal help, it's often because the challenge we face is multifaceted, and an outside perspective is helpful in figuring out where to begin our efforts. Holism acknowledges that the mind and body are interconnected and need to be treated as such. My therapy background and treatment style allow for that whole-person approach: with degrees and extended training in music therapy, applied behavior analysis, massage therapy, and psychology, I consistently connect the mind, body, spirit, and emotion to help my clients. I have provided therapy to a wide range of clients, including school-aged children with special needs, veterans with PTSD, infants in the NICU, adults with substance abuse issues, oncology patients in the hospital setting, inpatient and outpatient individuals with behavioral health needs, and those in palliative and hospice care.
