I provide services for are Individuals, Children, Adults, and Family. All patients are scheduled for their own specific time, and day, and are seen at that scheduled time. Treatment Services provided include: Behavioral Issues, ADHD/ADD, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Bi-polar Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, and Family Therapy. I utilize : Interactive Therapy (children under 6 ), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Stress and Relaxation, Mindfulness Therapy, and Family Solution Focused Therapy. I assist families in gaining insight to rebuilding their relationships with patient, understanding ways to cope, ability to accept responsibility for their actions, while assisting parents with choosing appropriate options to parent their child(ren ),utilizing: Relaxation techniques, self talk, to improve control at home, school, and in social situations.
