Part of the decision to start therapy is the decision to enter into a trusting relationship. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the basis of healing. I work collaboratively with clients to help define and meet treatment goals in a non-judgmental, kind and relaxed environment. When life feels overwhelming and decision making becomes difficult, finding a safe place to explore your feelings can be the first step towards a happy and balanced life. I love my work and feel privileged to be able to share the journeys of my clients. I work with both individuals and couples to help them with issues that include healthy relationship and communication work, depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, codependency, trauma, domestic abuse, substance abuse and recovery,depression and anxiety, finding purpose,and low self esteem, My training includes EMDR,Gestalt therapy, Family systems therapy,Motivational Interviewing, CBT,and Trauma recovery.
