Our experiences help to shape the patterns and habits we use to operate in daily life. These experiences can include anything from family dynamics to trauma. Sometimes we come to a point where those patterns and habits don't work anymore. This can manifest in many ways such as anxiety, depression, relationship or life patterns that seem to hold one back. It is my passion to create a safe, nonjudgemental environment to explore patterns with clients who want to move forward, fly free, and live the life they desire. I love meeting clients wherever they are and walking beside them as they take new steps. My experience and passion is for women and adolescents and their families. My style is very relational. We all need help and support to work through things sometimes. I have worked with adolescents and their families for years in a variety of settings. On college campuses I enjoyed working directly with young adults. Empowering women is near to my heart. I am a professional counselor who is comfortable talking about spiritual issues if this is a need.
