Let me walk along beside you on this journey toward personal growth. You may be deciding what direction to take. Your road may be filled with dust, dirt, and seemingly insurmountable boulders. No one escapes life without some form of struggle, trauma, or brokenness, which needs to be resolved. I help clients feel empowered to explore life issues leading to growth. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens. With help from an objective other, couples may be offered new perspectives or ideas for enhancing relational satisfaction. I enjoy working with teens and finding creative ways to engage them. Client's can expect to uncover root issues linked to current symptoms, gain insight into negative thinking patterns/beliefs, and replace those with healthier patterns. I have additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapy that has helped many people find relief from stress, anxiety, or trauma. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and genuine. It is my privilege to inspire clients on their path toward greater self-understanding and wholeness.
