My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, anger, stress, addiction, eating disorders, career, relationship and family problems. I offer personal growth seminars quarterly and also do DEEP evaluations. My specialties are eating disorders, addictions and personal growth. I teach all my clients the connection between emotional and physical well being and help them to redefine life goals. In addition to traditional psychotherapy treatments and life coaching, I embrace a holistic therapy approach including healthy diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, relaxation and mindfulness. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and (DEEP) counselor. I have 17 years of experience in variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, college, agencies and currently in private practice. I work with adults and teens.
