My background is in working with young children to adults in their senior years, along with working with a clientele that spans across varying cultures, socioeconomic classes and family structures. I truly love what I do. I am constantly in awe of the people I meet and the bravery they show in their journey to confront issues and to lead a more balanced and satisfying life. Additionally, the genuine empathy and a sense of humor I bring to therapy assists in building the therapeutic relationship. A strength is my ability to draw on different therapeutic approaches and interventions in order to meet the client where they are at. No two people are the same and everyone has different needs at different times.
