I offer therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in either individual or family settings. I offer talk therapy to adolescents and adults and play therapy to children. I work to individualize care to each family and individual as everyone has their own unique individual needs. My goal is to work with individuals to have a healthy life in which they are able to balance the demands of life and form healthy relationships with others. I have worked with children and families for a number of years and am passionate about helping families and individuals meet their unique goals. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment in which to explore current life stressors as well as a safe nurturing environment for the children I work with. My focus is to help you to live a full, rich life.
