I am passionate about supporting people in their ability to access positive personal change and live a fulfilling life. I welcome adults and children who arrive at my door with distinct stories and histories, looking to be freed of their own unique pain, worries, or fears. My style of therapy is dynamic and my practice is accepting, creative, and warm. With the understanding that individuals often feel alone in their struggles, my therapeutic room is a forum for difficult emotions and questions to be safely expressed and explored. My clients and I work collaboratively to cultivate their strengths, heal wholly from within, and reach their true potential. We consider current struggles, relationships, and gently reflect on the past. With children my approach is accessible and playful. Our connection inspires growth and a mindful approach to living. Choosing to examine one's self is brave and honest and I look forward to supporting you or your child on this journey. I am currently working toward licensure as a Clinical Psychologist under the supervision of Dr. Paul Foxman at the Center for Anxiety Disorders.
