My practice offers a holistic and integrated approach that centers on guidance and support for the body, mind, and spirit. I believe health, wellness, personal growth and healing are a process of discovery and my role is that of a guide to assist and support in that journey. I work from a place of integrity, trust, responsibility, and accountability that empowers clients to remove blocks and discover more of who they really are. Life presents many opportunities to experience challenges. How we view and respond is directly related to how present we are in our own lives. My experience is extensive in the area of health, relationships, spirituality, and grief and loss. I am passionate about helping others to live from inspiration, joy and deep fulfillment instead of fear and desperation. My approach is highly knowledgeable, intuitive and inspired. I combine the discipline of modern science with the wisdom of ancient healing and take advantage of the knowledge of several disciplines including, Energy Medicine, Young Living Essential Oils, psychotherapy, and more to develop an integrated diagnostic and therapeutic plan that addresses the whole person.
