As a therapist, I specialize in helping people who have become emotionally stuck as a result of traumatic experiences. I help these people, by transitioning them to an agreed upon place of wellness and thriving. My approach with clients is based on a client focused perspective. I believe all clients to include minors, know themselves better than anyone else. This approach is vital as it empowers clients to decide upon which evidence based therapeutic strategy works best for their emotional growth. Ugo also uses a combination of Adventure Based Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help his clients achieve a more consistent healthier and happier state of mind. Clients who experience Ugo's unique combination of therapeutic techniques experience emotional growth and find themselves experiencing joy and thriving through life's challenges.
