Then maybe it’s time to seek guidance to improve coping strategies and communication skills. Often times our hurried lives make it difficult to focus on self improvement, however when we do the rewards can be immeasurable. Relationships are at the core of our existence. Emotional distress such as depression, anxiety, addictions and poor communication can destroy those relationships which are most important to us. My goal is to assist each client in recognizing their strengths and aid in finding practical solutions that can make his/her life more enjoyable. Working with individuals who have the desire and commitment to make positive changes for the benefit of themselves and their loved ones is what I find most rewarding.
