We work with a variety of clients and issues, using a person-centered and solution-focused approach. We believe the client determines the focus of therapy, and although we are trained counselors, we respect our clients' knowledge of themselves and their needs. We are open to using alternative methods of treatment when needed. We strive to provide a safe environment in which we can work together to solve problems and enrich clients' lives. Our clients include adults, adolescents, and children, many of whom face issues of mental illness, addiction, gender variance or sexual orientation. We see couples, individuals and groups, and offer a limited number of weekend and evening hours.
