I believe there is no one path to wellness. I believe it takes a tremendous amount of strength and courage to seek therapy. I offer individual, couples and family therapy, providing support, feedback, and guidance in order to overcome life's many hurdles. I treat each client as an individual. I provide a non-judgmental place to work through issues such as Depression, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, ADD, Eating Disorders, Addictions, and Sexual Abuse. I utilize a variety of techniques, including EMDR and DBT. I am LGBTQ friendly. My specialties are Addictions and Eating Disorders. I previously was the Clinical Supervisor for an inpatient adolescent facility and an adolescent outpatient program. I am a qualified substance abuse professional as defined by the Department of Health and Welfare, as well as a certified Clinical Supervisor. My profession prior to becoming a counselor was a Juvenile Probation Officer and Juvenile Probation Officer Supervisor. I worked within the Juvenile Court System for 14 years before branching out into community mental health and now in private practice.
