I work with adults and couples who want to live fuller, more wholehearted lives. Together, we explore what stands in the way, whether it's addiction, codependency, and/or trauma history. My approach is eclectic; I use experiential methods as well as Terrence Real's Relational Life Therapy(tm)and I'm a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, using Brené Brown's work and research. I If you're looking for greater satisfaction in your life and relationships, I can help you learn the skills you need. I'm a graduate of Brown University and the Columbia University School of Social Work. The work of Dr. Brené Brown was developed to help people show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and a courage practice that transforms lives. Relational Life Therapy highlights a couple's dysfunctions and teaches skills for repair and reconnection. My work is informed by my education and training as well as by my professional and personal life experiences. I relate to clients from many backgrounds and am able to assess and work with a variety of issues. I am respectful and direct in naming what needs to be addressed.
