Welcome! I enjoy working with individuals, couples, even families. I work with those who struggle with everyday problems to intense and unique situations and disorders. No matter what the issue, you will be welcome in my office. You know your situation and I will work with you from your viewpoint. I have been described as calming and comforting. It is my goal to help you process emotions effectively and safely in session, on your own, and in your relationships. My strengths include: changing negative interaction cycles, neutralizing traumatic memories, and working with addictions. My genuine concern, empathy, and multiple specialized trainings suit a wide variety of people and concerns. I help my client's find empowerment in moving forward in their lives overcoming issues of loss of a relationship, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. You can have peace of mind, find connection in your relationship, overcome depression, rid your anxiety and embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, self-compassion and healing.
