I am grateful for those that have shared their journeys with me over the past twenty years dealing with a variety of transition issues: including couple's and family therapy, individual adult men and women's issues, mood disorders and healing from trauma and loss. I have had the great privilege of working with people as they navigate through life transitions. I believe two things 1.that we all suffer. 2.It is through our individual sufferings that we are able to connect with our own resiliency and learn and grow from those challenges.
