I coach individuals and couples who are ready to begin a new chapter in their lives. To help you become more effective and fulfilled in your personal life or at work or to create a true partnership with your romantic partner, our work together will be collaborative and empowering. Making your life better is an adventure. Sure it is work and takes some courage, but it is a positive experience. I would be honored to share the journey with you. Individual Work: coaching for professionals, managing stress/anxiety, improving communication/relationship skills, navigating life transitions (e.g., breakups, empty nest, menopause). Couples Work: rediscovering friendship and passion and learning tools to build the relationship you want. Parent Coaching: finding ways to more effectively parent and enjoy doing it. I have 25 years of clinical/coaching experience and trained therapists for 18 years as a professor at UCF. I have knowledge and skills in therapies shown to be effective, the ability to tailor my approach to your needs, and the compassion to help you feel safe and accepted.
