I am a life-long learner who pursues education, training and information about multiple therapy and growth approaches. I work with teens, young adults, adults and children six and up and their families. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Family Therapy and psychodynamic based therapies.
